Oratorical Contest and Scholarship Giveaway- Hosted by Dr. Heather Burton

Criteria:

• 3-minute oratorical presentation (speech) 

• Theme: Seeing Clearly Through Christ, Scripture- Habakkuk 2:2-3

• Eligibility: Minority scholarship opportunity (BIPOC). High School Junior or Senior, or college Freshman. Must have a 3.0 cumulative and semester GPA.  

• Judges will assess creativity, clarity, time limit, and ability to relate theme to current events. 

• Script must be submitted in a Word doc no later than noon central on June 17, 2020 (no exceptions).

• The final video must be submitted on Instagram (must tag us @visionconference_official and use #2020oratoricalcontest) between 11 a.m.- noon central on June 17, 2020 (no exceptions). 

• First Place $3,000 / Second Place $2,000 / Third Place $1,000.
