6:30pm CDT - “Reset, Renew, Rebuild” Church Leadership: Are Women Cracking Stained-Glass Ceilings?

Still, there remain strongholds, particularly in conservative denominations and among seminaries. What progress has been made? Is progress borne out of necessity or enlightenment? Are women contributing to their own lack of progress? How do women in prominent positions at seminaries set the trajectory of church leadership and ministries? How can young Black women entering ministry and other faith-based institutions expect to navigate beyond the stained-glass ceiling?
